You must be reliable, caring, respectful, honest, enthusiastic and compassionate.
Police Checks:
To protect our Service users every new employee is vetted by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) in England. If you have not already joined the PVG scheme or hold a current DBS, this will involve an initial charge to join, which will be payable with any employer when involved with vulnerable adults & children.
Experience:
Experience within the care sector is beneficial but not essential, as we believe in giving everyone equal opportunity and the right training/mentorship.
Work permit:
You must have a valid UK working visa if you are from outside the UK.
English:
You must have a good command of English.
Training:
All our carers are required to complete Flair Healthcare’s induction. Staff are also expected to attend regular in-service training and supervision program. We can help find appropriate training for all roles if required.
